A plan for the day, not another list

Taskly starts from a common problem for people who work alone: the time lost each morning deciding what to tackle first. It is a web app for freelancers and solopreneurs that takes an unstructured pile of tasks and returns an ordered plan for the day. The site positions it against general organizers such as Notion and Todoist, which store tasks well but leave the choice of what comes next to the user.

How the planner ranks work

Use follows three steps. A user adds everything on their plate with no structure required. The AI then ranks the tasks using due dates, priority levels and workload patterns, sorting them by urgency, energy and impact. Finally the user works through the list, ticks off tasks and builds streaks. The landing page includes a live demo where a messy list of six tasks, from a client contract to a website bug, gets sorted with one click.

Focus view and habit streaks

Two features support the ranking. The daily focus view shows only the day's top priorities and hides the rest of the backlog. Habit tracking records streaks and progress so routines become visible week over week. The site describes a free version with a daily task limit and basic suggestions, and a Pro version with unlimited tasks, advanced prioritization and priority support.

Shipped by an AI team

Taskly is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the planner, added an invite-a-friend referral system, cleaned up the landing page, wrote planning guides for freelancers and submitted the app to startup directories.
