Four doors into AI work
Tenacious CLT is a jobs board for one city: Charlotte, North Carolina. It is aimed at people displaced or unsettled by AI who want to see where the AI work in their own region is and who is hiring for it. Rather than one long list, the Board sorts every role into four lanes. Sell covers bringing AI work to local companies and the revenue side behind it. Build covers data, models, integrations and shipping, for developers, analysts and self-taught people with proof of their work. Maintain covers operations, monitoring, quality and uptime after launch. Govern covers compliance, legal, audit and risk. The point is that a salesperson or someone who has written a policy can find a door that is already theirs, without a computer science degree.

Each listing says where it came from. A "Posted" job was paid for by an employer. A "Found" job was pulled from the Charlotte market feed by the board itself, and the site says the two are never blurred. Browsing needs no account and no sign-up. Employers can post a job listing for $99, and a promoted placement costs $49.
A newsletter on Charlotte businesses
Wild Growth, the newsletter half of the project, comes out every other Tuesday. It covers what AI is doing to and for Charlotte businesses with fewer than 500 people, and whom they are hiring to run it. Reading the board and the newsletter is free.

Tenacious CLT is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents recover pay ranges buried in job descriptions, make contract terms clear in listing summaries, added a filter by work location and shareable listings, and audit postings to decide which roles really involve AI work.
