UpLvl applies the idea of getting one percent better each day to a whole life rather than a single habit. Instead of separate apps for work goals, training and diet, it groups everything into five pillars: professional career, sport and fitness, personal projects, nutrition and daily habits. The site does the arithmetic up front: a one percent gain compounded every day for a year comes to roughly 37 times the starting point.

Two minutes, then XP

Each day the user rates every pillar from one to five and adds a short note on what they did, which the site says takes about two minutes. Every check-in earns experience points, streaks build up, and levels climb from Rookie to Legend. A dashboard shows weekly trends and pillar averages over time. UpLvl runs in any browser on desktop, tablet or phone, with no app to install, and the interface is offered in six languages.

Daily check-ins, XP, streaks and the basic dashboard are free. UpLvl Pro, listed at $9.99 and billed monthly according to the site, adds streak protection, weekly performance reports, AI coaching tips and deeper analytics.
