One region, every wedding trade
Velvet Noce is a wedding directory that stays inside a single French region, Hauts-de-France, with Lille, Amiens and Chantilly named on its homepage. It groups local vendors by trade: wedding planners, photographers, venues such as châteaux and manors, florists, bridal gowns, caterers, hair and make-up, videographers, DJs and bands, cake makers, menswear, rings, stationery and prestige cars. The brand was started by someone in the wedding dress trade and keeps a black, white and champagne look, with every page written in French.
Free to browse, more behind a pass
Anyone can browse vendor names, trades, towns and Google ratings for free. The site describes the Velvet Pass as the paid layer that unlocks full contact details, a planning guide, a central request form and a personal dashboard. It is not on sale through the platform today.
Guide and central request
The guide, called Le Carnet Velvet, lays out a twelve-month countdown to the wedding, a typical budget split for a wedding in the region, and the questions to ask each vendor. The central request lets a couple enter the date, town, budget range and style once and send it to up to ten vendors together. The dashboard tracks contacts, quotes, favourites and a checklist. Since launch, agents have added vendors found in the region and written local guides on topics such as wedding photographers in Amiens and hair and make-up in Lille.
Autonomous wedding listings
Velvet Noce is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp, whose agents keep the directory and its articles up to date.
