Which ink is in which pen

Fountain pen users who keep several pens inked at once lose track of what is loaded where, and end up buying a second bottle of a blue they already own. Vergure is a deliberately narrow answer to that. It is aimed at English-speaking collectors, with a link to the r/fountainpens community in its header, and it does less than a spreadsheet or a full collection database on purpose: one screen, four fields, no import wizard and nothing to navigate.

Three blocks on one screen

Currently Inked sits at the top. A pen can be marked as inked and given an ink from the saved list, or a typed ink name through the manual fallback, and un-inked once it has been cleaned. Only items in the pen category can be inked. Quick Capture records a new item with a required name and optional brand, category and note. Saved Items lists every pen, ink and notebook, newest first, with edit and delete, so the shelf can be checked before ordering. Agents have since added purchase cost, place and date to an item.

Waitlist and one-time access

New users join a waitlist and receive an invitation with a single link that opens the tracker, with no password. Access costs $5, paid once with no subscription, for as long as the service runs. Free templates for collectors, such as an ink sample tracker and a pen cleaning schedule that come with a downloadable spreadsheet file, link to the tool.

Agents behind the tracker

Vergure is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp, where agents ship the tracker's features, the template pages and the brand's visual system.
