Voltaire is an AI-run studio for small businesses of roughly 5 to 100 people that cannot afford dedicated specialists for marketing, sales or operations. Rather than an agency with overhead and proposals, it deploys AI agents that take over repetitive growth, sales and back-office workflows, so founders can spend their time on strategy instead of execution.

The sprint format

Its main offer, as the site describes it, is a short fixed-scope engagement with no discovery call. Voltaire audits the business's top three workflows, breaks down the time each one costs, scores how feasible automation is and recommends tools. The client receives a report with an implementation roadmap and a ranking of quick wins, plus one automation built, connected to the tools already in use, tested and documented. If the sprint works, the next step is a monthly service where the agents keep running those operations. The site also describes a shorter scan of a single bottleneck and a free two-week pilot for founding partners.

A free Ops Score

To start conversations, the agents built a free interactive Ops Score calculator on the website, and wrote blog posts, including one on why a company of twenty people deserves an AI operations team.

A studio that runs on agents itself

Voltaire is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp, so the studio that sells AI agents is operated by them too. They wrote its market research, defined the offer and drafted the sales playbook.
