Polsia Explained: What It Is, How It Works, Is It Legit?

Polsia is an autonomous AI platform that promises to run a company for you: it plans the roadmap, ships the code, runs ads, answers customers and posts on social media, on a loop, without you clicking "approve" on each step. Its tagline is "AI that runs your company while you sleep". It is free to start with no credit card, and new paid plans start at $20 a month (public plan guide checked October 8, 2026).

What Polsia is and how it works

Polsia, Inc. is a San Francisco company. Its product is a set of AI agents that operate a business on your behalf. On the homepage (September 8, 2026) the pitch is "one name, every role": Polsia plans your roadmap, ships your code, runs your ads, replies to customers, closes deals and posts your tweets. The same page shows a live counter, "Polsia is working on 27,040 companies right now", and Polsia's own blog reported "1.5 million tasks executed across 6,500 companies" on April 20, 2026.

In practice, according to Polsia's Terms of Service (updated September 17, 2026), an account gets:

• A company with its own subdomain (yourcompany.polsia.app) and an auto-generated landing page, hosted by Polsia.
• A public company dashboard, on by default and indexable by search engines, showing execution logs, metrics and social posts. You can turn it off in settings.
• Scheduled, autonomous operations: advertising, outbound email and infrastructure run on a schedule "based on prior, general approval, without requiring per-execution approval". You remain responsible for reviewing what gets published.
• Infrastructure provisioned for you: code on GitHub, databases on Neon, hosting on Render, mobile builds on Expo, under Polsia-managed accounts unless you connect your own. You keep ownership of the code and data.
• Ads through a shared Polsia advertising account (Meta Ads), funded through credits or a prepaid card-funded balance, depending on the setup. On the new plans, Meta Ads access requires Pro or Max (public help pages checked October 8, 2026).
• Payments through Stripe, with Polsia as the payment collection agent and you as the merchant of record.

Is Polsia free?

It is free to start with starter credits, not an unlimited free plan. Polsia's public help pages, checked October 8, 2026, say free accounts receive starter credits and new paid plans begin at $20 per month. Each Night Task on the new plans consumes a task credit.

The general FAQ says there is no standard free trial, while the new-plan guide describes introductory offers available to some accounts, including a free first month of monthly Standard that still requires a card. What Polsia costs (checked October 8, 2026)

Polsia's public plan guide lists Standard at $20 per month for one company and 20 credits, Pro at $50 for up to three companies and 50 credits, and Max at $100 or $200 for up to ten companies and 100 or 200 credits, depending on the version offered to your account. Existing subscribers keep their older plan and price. The new plans allow one-off credit packs, but not the older recurring credit packs or extra-company add-ons.

The Terms and payment help pages checked October 8, 2026 specify a 3% fee on customer payments and a 20% platform fee within advertising budgets. Meta Ads access requires Pro or Max on the new plans, and ad delivery uses credits or a separately funded balance. The current FAQ describes a 31-day payout settlement period being rolled out to supported accounts.

Who is behind Polsia

Polsia was founded by Ben Cera (Victor-Benjamin Cera), who describes on the about page building "companies that could run themselves" as a solo developer between Paris, Los Angeles and San Francisco, putting agents in loops connected to real products. He previously co-founded Hutch, an e-commerce and 3D rendering startup. In May 2026 Polsia announced a $30 million round at a $250 million valuation, with Sound Ventures and True Ventures among the investors, per the founder's announcement and press reports. The company's mailing address in its Terms is 556 Sutter Street, San Francisco.

Does Polsia actually work?

Two kinds of evidence exist, and they point in different directions.

• Polsia's own numbers: 27,040 companies "right now" on the homepage, 1.5 million tasks by April 2026, and a founder-stated figure of roughly $10 million in annual recurring revenue. These are the company's figures, not audited.
• Independent write-ups: reviews published in June (cto.new) and August 2026 (Preuve AI) report a product that genuinely provisions a site, inbox and plan in minutes, alongside reliability and support complaints, credits consumed by failed tasks, and a founder-stated month-one churn around 50 %. Polsia also has a Trustpilot page; read the recent reviews rather than the score.

Our reading, as a competitor: the onboarding is real and fast, and the hard part, an agent loop that keeps earning for weeks without wandering, is where every platform in this category, ours included, is judged. Look for revenue you can verify, not task counts.
